"What Happens if There’s a Problem with my Order or My Item is Damaged?"

You can start a return process with us. Please refer to the Returns policy for further instructions.
"Will My Garment Fade After a Couple of Washes?"
We use the best quality material to make our garments. However, they are all susceptible to fading due to everyday normal wear. To get the most use and appearance out of your garment, we highly recommend washing the garment by hand with mild detergent and hang to dry. Avoid the use of fabric softeners. Do not dry clean.
"Tee Shirts" & "Dollz Tankz" (Unisex and Fitted)
Our printed apparel can be machine-washed, inside-out with cold water. Be sure to put them in a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors.
DO NOT USE CHLORINE BLEACH OR ANY SIMILAR PRODUCTS TO BLEACH, AS THIS WILL CAUSE FADING OF YOUR ITEM TO OCCUR.
You can tumble dry digital-printed apparel on a low cycle, but hang-to-dry is the best option.
Turn the apparel inside out and use a cool iron. Do not iron the print.
